生產(chǎn)范圍:1-12層軟性線路板，2-32層軟硬結(jié)合板，HDI版，特種合金材料，超低溫超導工藝，超長度、超寬度、高精度、高密度非常規(guī)產(chǎn)品特許生產(chǎn)，如:鈹銅(Becu)銀銅(Agcu)鈦銅(Ticu)金箔(Aucu)等特許材料。
產(chǎn)品廣泛應用于汽車電子，醫(yī)療電子、工控電子、通訊領域、AI人機交互、消費電子、航空航天、特種領域和IC載板等多個領域，并于多家高校與研究所等科研機構合作，取得了9項發(fā)明專利、11項實用新型、6項專著。
